Top Personal Development Resources

Today I went on Facebook LIVE to share my thoughts about the impact of making an investment in yourself to work on your own personal growth.  To do so, it can be a huge commitment of both time & money, but it’s definitely a necessity for me.

You see, I’m a personal development junkie!! I find that I need various types of personal development in my life in order to stay in peak state each day and deal with all the things that come my way in the most powerful way possible.

Even when it comes to my marriage, I have found it necessary to see a marriage therapist, along with my husband, so that we can work on our growth together as a couple.

Most times we get and fully understand the basic concepts of what we need to do to stay in a healthy mindset….but we lose sight of the little action steps that we need to take, or the  “How to’s”!!

So here’s my Top Resources for Staying in Peak Mental State through Personal Development

2. Seminars: Landmark Education3

3. Daily Personal Development

But of course, don’t just read a book because it’s what someone else is reading.  Read something that offers something you need at that time.
